The Pilates exercise equipment are expensive but very effective and have six months to make them improve posture and then can be continued at home with video or a class.
If you can not do Pilates with yoga or Pilates abdominal exercises in video or help. There are other forms of body work that help as the Alexander Technique and Fendenkrais.
Another form of exercise that helps especially in children and adolescents is the ballet.
Swimming is also very effective.
I use equipment to improve posture
If appliances are prescribed by a physician clear you should use them. If you’re talking about selling bra you can try and possibly help many people but are not as effective as exercise.
The reason they are not as effective is because they only pull back muscles helping to recondition. This is good, but you also need to strengthen the muscles that we can naturally obtain the correct posture.
