To lose or maintain our figures as we do not necessarily want to make great sacrifices, small changes can produce big results.
These are some habits that helps us to gain weight. It is not ever do but make these activities less often.
Eating before bedtime
Eating before bedtime is usually not because you feel hungry, it’s something emotional and almost always prefer something sweet. Try to eat some fruit girl as a few grapes or half, avoiding heavy meals and high in calories as cereals, sodas, ice cream or chocolate.
Eating at midnight
Eating at midnight has not been customary in our culture but the films have promoted it. Avoid it and try to sleep or prepare an herbal tea.
Eating in front of television
Many studies show that when eating in front of the TV eating more than usual without realizing it.
Eating without thinking
By eating without focusing eat more than normal. For this reason when you are chatting with friends eat more.
Eat as a reward or celebration
There are many ways to celebrate without going to restaurants or to make a special meal. You can celebrate by attending a concert, buying you something new, a trip to the beach, go dancing and so on. Not every celebration involving food.
Eat to console
There are better ways to comfort and talk with friends, going to a museum, go shopping and so on.
Dine evening
This is a controversial point, but some people believe it is healthier to eat early because the food is better digested.
Believing that exercise is sacrifice
There are many forms of exercise and people who practice it to become addicted by the relaxation it gives. If so many people who like to exercise because it will be different for you.
Believing that healthy food is tasteless
There are many healthy meals that are delicious. We must open our mind to new tastes and textures taking experience as an adventure to discover other foods.
Drinking without thinking
Beverages such as juices and sodas are high in calories and in the case of sodas have no nutrient. Prefers water, tea or coffee and let the calories for specialty drinks or eat something you love.
